I loved my stay at Art Hotels Shibuya. it was the perfect spot for my first night in Tokyo. The location was close to train lines and buses, though navigating Shinjuku station could be a bit overwhelming at times. The room was stylish and well-equipped, with a fantastic washing machine. I enjoyed breakfast at the attached cafe, especially the delicious coffee and doughnuts.

I had a mixed experience at Art Hotels Shibuya. The location was great, being so close to the metro station, but the service left a lot to be desired. My room was cozy, but there were some design flaws that made it uncomfortable at times.

My Standard Single Room was compact and had a comfy bed after a long flight, but I nearly fell out of bed one night since the foam mattress slides around. Also, the shower stall was so tiny that it barely fit a towel.

While the staff were generally helpful, there was a major delay in getting basic requests filled. It took days to receive extra pillows and even longer for pots and pans for the kitchenette. That made my stay a bit frustrating.
